I Didn’t Set Out to Build a Trailer Mat
My name is Curtis Browning, and this whole thing started with a problem I probably made harder than it needed to be. I’m a husband, a dad of five, and I’ve spent a good part of my life working on businesses on the side, while working full-tme in my in various marketing and customer related roles. I had a window cleaning business throughout college and continued doing it on the side. More recently, I added pressure washing to my side hussle. I wanted an enclosed cargo trailer. It seemed like a no-brainer. Keep the equipment protected, keep everything organized, lock it up, and make life easier. There was just one problem. I didn't want to ruin the floor. I knew what was going to happen inside that trailer. Water. Mud. Dirt. Oil. Chemicals. Heavy equipment. Wet hoses. Wheels. And a whole lot of everyday abuse. So honestly, I never bought the trailer. Not because I didn't want one—I really did. I just couldn't find a good way to protect the floor that made sense to me. I started looking for something with a raised edge that could help contain water and other messes instead of letting everything run straight onto the trailer floor. I searched. And searched. Nothing was quite what I wanted. So I did what probably wasn't the easiest thing to do: I decided to make it. What started as, “There has to be a better way to protect this trailer floor,” turned into sketches, measurements, prototypes, material research, and a lot more time than I originally planned. And somewhere along the way, I realized something: This isn't just a pressure washing problem. If you own a cargo trailer, there's a pretty good chance you're putting something in it that makes a mess. Landscaping equipment. ATVs. Construction tools. Detailing equipment. Paint. Plumbing equipment. Generators. Motors. Snow. Mud. Water. The trailer goes where the work goes—and the floor takes the abuse. That's why I designed the Astra Nova Trailer Floor Protection System. What are dimensions?
Engineered for excellence, our Astra Nova mat measures 68" x 140" with a 3mm core and a half-inch vertical lip to provide your trailer the best possible guard. Larger sizing options are in development.
How the first run works?
$100 down payment locks in the $545 early-bird rate.

Secure your first-run mat and lock in the $545 introductory price.
2. Production begins
Once the 100 reservations is reached, we place the manufacturing order.
3. Pay the remaining $445
You'll receive an update before the balance is due.
4. Your mat ships
Estimated shipping to you is 6–8 weeks after production is completed.
When will my order be shipped out?
The manufacturing phase completes in 6-8 weeks following our deposit goal then the time to ship is another 4-6 weeks since it will be coming from over seas. We suggest placing your order soon to confirm your delivery spot.
Is the fit tight?
All manufacturers have different size demsions on their standard 6'x12' traliers, so be sure to measure as our mat dimensions are 68"x140". Depending on your trailer it could be right up to the wall or there could be some gapping.
Does it resist corrosive liquids?
Our mat helps against moisture, grease, and harsh chemicals, but you would not want it to sit on the EPDM rubber for very long. The mat is ment to save your floor from absorbing the chemicals into the wood. Any leaks will need to be cleaned up right away.
Who is this mat made for?
Created for anyone who needs to protect the surface of their cargo trailer, but specific use cases would be those for shipping, construction, lawn care, vehicle detailing, and any trade requiring a professional and clean workspace on wheels.
